Returns & Repairs

Every piece from Black Wolf Curiosities is handmade with care and carefully inspected before it leaves my studio.

Because each creation is one of a kind, I only accept returns if an item arrives damaged during shipping. If this happens, please contact me within a reasonable time after delivery with photos of both the item and its packaging so we can find the best solution together.

If your piece is damaged through normal wear or an accident, don’t hesitate to reach out. While I can’t guarantee that every item can be repaired, I’m always happy to take a look and will do my best to help whenever possible. Repair options, costs, and availability are determined on a case-by-case basis.

My goal is for you to love your piece for years to come, and I’ll always do my best to treat every situation with kindness and fairness.

Disclosures

  • Wire-wrapped jewelry is intended for normal wear. While each piece is carefully crafted for durability, wire can bend if dropped, crushed, or repeatedly adjusted. Please avoid intentionally bending or reshaping your piece.

  • Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping. Prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and household chemicals may accelerate patina or reduce the lifespan of your piece.

  • Keep away from small children and pets. Many pieces contain small components that could present a choking hazard if damaged.

  • Tiny imperfections are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects. Each piece is individually crafted, making every creation one of a kind.

  • Every effort is made to accurately represent colors in photographs. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings.

  • Some pieces contain copper, brass, or other metals that may cause skin irritation or discoloration for individuals with metal sensitivities. Copper may temporarily leave a harmless green tint on the skin due to natural oxidation and individual body chemistry.

  • Black Wolf Curiosities reserves the right to decline custom commissions that fall outside my artistic style, contain copyrighted material, or cannot be created safely or structurally.
